COMMITMENT AND VISION

The theme that guides us is responsibility. Responsibility understood as taking care, acting for the best, aware that this is a just and essential path. We believe that brands should promote conscious shopping. For this reason, we commit to providing verifiable data on CO₂ emissions; attention to the production chain also from a social perspective; measurement of the impact of materials on biodiversity; energy from renewable sources.

Eco-design is what guides us in developing our collections: we prefer recycled or organic materials, reduce the use of chemicals, promote metal-free dyes, and, whenever possible, use pre-dyed yarns. Even our packaging has become increasingly eco-friendly, with reduced plastic or, where not possible, the use of recycled plastic and FSC-certified paper. These small steps reflect our commitment to embody the values of the "We are CSP" claim in every present and future choice.

ECO – THE EVOLUTION OF A VISION

Launched in 2019, ecO is the brand that identifies Oroblù’s most sustainable and innovative product ranges, a tangible expression of a vision that combines quality, research and care for the environment.

The name, Environment-care-Oroblù, encapsulates the brand’s commitment to promoting a new concept of elegance, in which innovation and responsibility coexist harmoniously.

It is thanks to the introduction of recycled polyamide that this new product category has come to life: a pioneering choice that has made it possible to produce tights and underwear whilst reducing the use of virgin raw materials. The same approach has also been extended to packaging, through the use of recycled paper and plastic components, as part of a design philosophy that takes the entire product life cycle into account. Over time, the ecO brand has expanded to include iconic and durable products that translate these values into practical solutions, such as the Eco Sneakers Tights, featuring a special reinforced insole designed to increase the product’s lifespan and promote a more conscious approach to consumption.

BIODERIVED SNEAKERS TIGHTS

Bioderived Sneakers Tights: a world first in textile innovation

In 2025, the ecO range takes a further step forward with the introduction of the new Bioderived Sneakers Tights, the world’s first tights developed using bio-derived yarns of natural origin in both the polyamide and elastomer components.

Maize: a renewable resource for the future

The new range is based on the use of maize as a renewable raw material for the production of the bio-derived yarns used in the product. The maize used comes mainly from crops grown for non-food purposes.

Innovative materials for high performance

The Bioderived Sneakers Tights incorporate LYCRA® EcoMade, an elastane containing 70 per cent bio-based material, and Q-GEO® by Fulgar, a polyamide comprising 46 per cent bio-based material.

The natural evolution of ecO

With the introduction of bio-derived yarns, ecO continues its evolution towards increasingly innovative and responsible solutions. A project that continues to grow through research into cutting-edge materials and technologies.
