The theme that guides us is responsibility. Responsibility understood as taking care, acting for the best, aware that this is a just and essential path. We believe that brands should promote conscious shopping. For this reason, we commit to providing verifiable data on CO₂ emissions; attention to the production chain also from a social perspective; measurement of the impact of materials on biodiversity; energy from renewable sources.

Eco-design is what guides us in developing our collections: we prefer recycled or organic materials, reduce the use of chemicals, promote metal-free dyes, and, whenever possible, use pre-dyed yarns. Even our packaging has become increasingly eco-friendly, with reduced plastic or, where not possible, the use of recycled plastic and FSC-certified paper. These small steps reflect our commitment to embody the values of the "We are CSP" claim in every present and future choice.

In our company, we control everything from the thread to the finished product. We have always produced quality garments, imagining the moment when you will wear them. Each product is created thanks to a series of closely linked processes, controlled and coordinated with skill and experience. WEAVING

Weaving is the stage in which the loom intertwines the threads to create a fabric. Our hosiery looms are special machines that weave to create a tube rather than a flat fabric. The tube, open at the top and bottom, will become the body of the stockings in the subsequent stages.

SEWING

During the sewing stage, specialised personnel sew the top of two tubes together to create the body of the tights and close the bottom to create the toe. For simpler items, large sewing machines work autonomously under the supervision of technicians and mechanics.

IRONING

The tights do not need to be ironed at home because we already do this for the entire life of the product. We have large metal plates shaped like legs where we put the tights on.

These moulds heat up and fix the shape of the sock without creases. A great advantage! You can save time and energy.

DYEING

For dyeing, we use machines that resemble huge washing machines where we put mixtures of colours, carefully studied by our chemists, into the “detergent drawer”. The waste water from the dyeing machines is then purified so that only clean water that does not harm the environment is returned.

PACKAGING

Italy, Mantua Hosiery District

A host of expert hands fold, arrange, bag and box the products. They also have the challenging task of checking that no threads are pulled during any of the steps. For simple processes, robotic machines are used on packaging lines to complete the operation.
